Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tsuly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tsuly helps users record vertical video in the browser, write and revise scripts, automate editing, generate captions, and share or export video outputs. Features may change as the Service evolves.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of videos, audio, scripts, captions, ideas, inspiration references, and other content you submit. You grant Tsuly a limited license to host, copy, transform, transcribe, edit, render, and process that content only as needed to operate the Service and provide the outputs you request.
You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, record, import, process, and share your content, including content accessed through public inspiration links.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Upload, record, or process content that infringes another person's rights.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or usage restrictions.
- Use automated access methods without our permission.
6. Third-Party Services
Tsuly may interact with third-party services such as Stripe, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Apify, and TikTok. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their availability or behavior.
7. Pricing and Billing
Access to Tsuly's content features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions and checkout flows are handled through Stripe.
8. Tsuly Property
Tsuly and its original software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to use Tsuly branding outside normal use of the Service.
9. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are breached, the Service is abused, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure. You may stop using Tsuly at any time and request account deletion by contacting support.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsuly is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tsuly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have questions, contact support@tsuly.com.
