Tsuly processes your content only to provide the features you request. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for your video workflow.

We rely on service providers to operate Tsuly. They process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide to us.

Stripe: payments, subscriptions, and billing management.
OpenAI and DeepSeek: transcription, script generation, and related AI features.
Apify and TikTok: inspiration import when you submit a TikTok link.
Configured hosting, database, storage, and delivery providers: application operation and file storage.

6. Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, access controls, and encrypted network connections where the Service is deployed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
